Level I Customer Support Representative

Description:

Nexgrid is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Representative to provide technical support via email, web, and phone. In this role, you will act as a knowledge expert for utilities, assisting with consulting and hands-on training to ensure customer success.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing customer relationships and accounts (small & large companies)
  • Hands-on experience with process development, documentation, and execution
  • Ability to manage resources and execute processes effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate with a team to meet customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Bonus Skills

  • Experience with customer support applications (Jira, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience using technical applications and platforms
